Breaking Point Dance Company (BPDC) was founded in November 2002 in Seattle, Washington by Anna Matuszewski and Wade Sugiyama. Under their direction, BPDC has entertained audiences all over the United States. Each BPDC crew member contributes a unique performing background including Tap, Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Breakdancing, Figure Skating, Popping, singing, acting, and music. BPDC performances are uniquely noted for their use and incorporation of the founding elements of Hip Hop culture in combination with the contemporary art of choreographed Hip Hop dance
